On Monday April 29th the Washington County Public Affairs Forum will hear from Washington County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Kohl on the scope and impact of of international sex trafficking, and from Doug Justus, retired Portland Police Sergeant for the Human Trafficking unit, and Wynne Wakkila, Executive Director for FAST (Fight Against Sex Trafficking) on the realities of sex trafficking here in Oregon.
