On Monday, February 25th 2013 the Washington County Public Affairs Forum heard from Scott Porter, Director of the Office of Consolidated Emergency Management. They are committed to the development and maintenance of a county-wide, integrated system to prepare for, respond to, recover from and mitigate against disasters. OCEM partner agencies include the cities of Beaverton, Tigard, and Hillsboro, Washington County, and Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue.
