Guest Elizabeth Swager is Asst Director of Oregon Fair Trade Campaign. She talks about her role in the enactment of Portland Oregon's sweat-free procurement ordinance, designed to protect foreign factory workers. She goes on to review past free-trade agreements (NAFTA, Panama, Columbia and So Korea) and their effects on American jobs losses, tax havens and challenges to laws and regulations as a result of investor protection clauses.
